T&C

  • We only accept returns of unused or unworn items with the red return label untouched.

 

 

 

 Item must be in the same condition in which they were received within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • All the items of the set and all the packaging must be returned to be eligible for  refund.
  • Only items directly purchased from Chicandparis.com can be returned to Chic and Paris.

Generate the return on the app

  • You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs. To print a return shipping label, please click here/email us/fill out the form below.
  • You will receive a refund on your mean of purchase within 7 days of us receiving the set of items.  The cost of the return shipping is chargeable and will be deducted from your refund.
